TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund Policy:

Any PD Day Camp that is cancelled due to inclimate weather will be refunded 100% – no administration fees.

Any STRIKE PD Day Camps that are cancelled by the School Board will be refunded 100% – no administration fees.

The following refund policy is applicable to all on-site services provided by STEMOTICS.

To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, our Registration Office must receive notice three (3) full working days prior to camp commencement. Cancellations may be submitted via e-mail, phone, fax, mail, or in person.

Refund Policy: 

  • If refunds are requested two weeks before the start date, registration fee’s are refundable minus a $35 administration fee. If refunds are requested within two weeks of the start date 50% of the registrations fee will be refunded, minus a $35 administration fee. Refunds will not be made if cancellation request is made within three (3) full working days prior to camp commencement.
  • If the camper cancels after the start of the program session, workshop or camp, the fee is not refundable. However, students have the opportunity to exchange their session, workshop or camp and attend another session, workshop or camp on a different date.
  • Registration fees for STEMOTICS competitive robotics team are non-refundable.

The following refund policy is applicable to all off-site services provided by STEMOTICS.

  • Registration for off-site camp sessions will require a 25% deposit of the estimated number of students or the minimum number of students (10 campers) per day. The deposit amount will be applied to the total service fee charger after completion of the sessions.
  • If the actual number of students is less than the deposit amount, the amount will be refunded to the off-site location.
  • If the off-site camp sessions are cancelled before 2 weeks of starting date, the full deposit amount will be refunded.
  • If the off-site camp sessions are cancelled after 2 weeks of starting date, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.

Transfer policy

To transfer or change the registration of a camper from one camp to another or from one week to another, STEMOTICS SUMMER CAMP OFFICE must receive the request in writing at least three (3) full working days prior to the camp commencement date. Any transfer to another camp or to another week is subject to availability of space in that camp and any difference in fees.
